Vintage military Penguin Lighter USN U.S. Navy enameled "Compliments of Comservgru 1" Military. Engraved on one side, with enamel latin "Semper Servus" and "Service Group One" Logo on front.
Very good condition, clean inside but the wheel is frozen, probably needs a new flint.
